Well, this is my first ever blog post. I have finally decided to jump on the bandwagon. As of today, this site is dedicated to my "Kapering Krugers" or better known as my family. However, it will not be all about the antics of my children; I will probably throw in some others things to, such as being a woman, a mom, a friend, a wife, a daughter, a Christian, an avid reader, a way more avid tv watcher, and my most recent obsession, Edward. For those who are not familiar with Edward, I am not speaking of my husband, but of a vampire, a fictional one at that. I won't go into my feelings about him just yet; definitely on another day....
For now, here is my family.
Princess C is my almost 3 year old daughter. She is a bouncing bundle of joy and fun. Her personality has really developed into such a fun and loving spirit. She enjoys anything that involves a Princess (hence the nickname) and has also developed a love of painting. Most of the time, Princess C is a happy, laughing, and always talking. However, when she is painting, she is very quiet and very serious; it is really a joy to watch her make her creations.
Sir S is my son who just recently turned one! He has brought more joy than I could of ever dreamed about. He constantly amazes me with how quickly he picks up on things and everyday is a new adventure in his world. It is so funny to watch him chase his sister; he so desperately wants to be in her world, but she so desperately doesn't want him to be... He is figuring out how to walk and I imagine that he will figure out how to run pretty darn quickly and then it will all be over for me....
King M is my husband, the provider, protector, and God's greatest gift to me, for without him, my family would not exist. I love him so passionately and I thank God everyday for sending him to me. King M is a software engineer and he should really be the one to be doing this blog because I don't know a darn thing about web design and he is so creative with those sorts of things. He works very hard so that I can stay home, but he also takes plays hard to. When he comes home, I know that his mind and his heart are always 100% with us and he always puts his role of "Daddy" ahead of everything else. Sir S and Princess C adore him; there are no words to describe the relationship that they all have, except to say that it is a scene I simply love to watch.
I would not even presume to call myself "Queen" because it is a ridiculous idea. I can't think of a title, so I will simply be S. However, I go by so many things, but the most important of these is "mom."
